Sap removal

We have always had a real Christmas tree.  I love the smell and the look of a real tree.  I do not care for the sticky fingers you get from the sap.  To remove it use olive oil.  Put a small amount of olive oil in your hands and rub them together like you are washing the.  The oil should remove the sap.  As an added bonus the oil acts as a lotion and leaves your hands soft.
